I was too tired and ached too much to do the cross trainer today, and i feel so guilty for that. I’m going spend my evening doing some strength training but i don’t know how many calories are burned doing it :/
We’re going to buddies for dinner.

If i could lose it all and drop 50-60lbs i would but i doubt i will
atm i’m aiming for 35lbs- hopefully more than that
i’m gonna weigh myself wednesday after 2 days into the start of my routine
on the 29th of may i get my thigh tattoo so i want to be smaller for then
at 5 today i’m gonna go on the cross trainer for 30 in 10 minute bursts as i have no stamina and literally feel like i’m gonna explode
once my room is today then tonight i’ll do yoga and i’m going to try to go to bed at a reasonable hour so i can start getting up at 8 everyday for a walk as i only went for one at 1 today
Also i’d really like a weight loss buddy! Whether it be on facebook, here, email, text - i don’t mind i want a buddy!
