Yesterday I lost another pound but last night I caved and binged- ate loads of chocolate and sweets :( but! I weighed myself today and? I MAINTAINED! 157lbs and now to lose :)

Breakfast:

- oats 85kls

Lunch:

- bowl of fruit 228kls

Dinner:

- couscous 196kls

Exercise:

- walking -118kls

Net total: 391kls



I was too tired and ached too much to do the cross trainer today, and i feel so guilty for that. I’m going spend my evening doing some strength training but i don’t know how many calories are burned doing it :/

What burns more calories? Me sat in be for the next few hours (watching tv) or me sleeping?

Decided against sgd for now- maybe start that next week.

Breakfast:


- nil, woke up late

Lunch:

- Sweet cinnamon oats - 85kls

- Satsuma - 30kls


Dinner:

- Steamed veg - 75kls

- Corn on the cob - 100kls

- Spreadable butter - 70kls

- Chicken slices  - 104kls

- Cottage cheese - 75ls


Snack:

- Tango apple - 60kls


Exercise:

-329kls


Net Total: 270kls

Ok now it gets serious - i have EXACTLY 3 months to drop as much weight as possible

If i could lose it all and drop 50-60lbs i would but i doubt i will

atm i’m aiming for 35lbs- hopefully more than that

i’m gonna weigh myself wednesday after 2 days into the start of my routine 

on the 29th of may i get my thigh tattoo so i want to be smaller for then

at 5 today i’m gonna go on the cross trainer for 30 in 10 minute bursts as i have no stamina and literally feel like i’m gonna explode

once my room is today then tonight i’ll do yoga and i’m going to try to go to bed at a reasonable hour so i can start getting up at 8 everyday for a walk as i only went for one at 1 today

Also i’d really like a weight loss buddy! Whether it be on facebook, here, email, text - i don’t mind i want a buddy!
