Ok so say i ate 800kls a day and i exercise for 30 minutes (elliptical trainer) how long should it take me to lose 10lbs?

I was too tired and ached too much to do the cross trainer today, and i feel so guilty for that. I’m going spend my evening doing some strength training but i don’t know how many calories are burned doing it :/
today i timed it - it took me about 23 minutes, but today i walked faster for the first 20 or so minutes and then i went back to my usual pace when i went uphill for the last bit.
I just burned 110kls and i’d just eaten 120kls - so i guess my net is now 10kls
Decided against sgd for now- maybe start that next week.

so i got up and went fr a walk- now i’m eating
