I ate some chocolate and some fruit pastilles 

i wanted to weight myself tomorrow D:

but i don’t want to see it go up

took 6 laxatives

hope my  new scales arrive tomorrow

tomorrow i’m having carrots and hummus to eat

and an apple or two

Chicken - 104kls

Butter - 50kls

Hummus - 100kls

Carrots - 74kls

Strawberries - 80kls

Total: 468kls

No cardio done today and i only woke up and half 4 today :/

but my food was healthy  and considering i binged yesterday and maintained, i think i’m ok!

Gonna do some exercise in a bit, my next weigh in  may not be until tuesday though but we’ll see!

haven’t taken any pills in 3 days too :)

Yesterday I lost another pound but last night I caved and binged- ate loads of chocolate and sweets :( but! I weighed myself today and? I MAINTAINED! 157lbs and now to lose :)

Ok so say i ate 800kls a day and i exercise for 30 minutes (elliptical trainer) how long should it take me to lose 10lbs?

a rough estimate so i can set some goals

(also assuming i do no binging)

What i wanted to do: eat the croissants downstairs and coat them in butter. What i did: made a 40kls hot chocolate :)

Also it sounds weird- i haven’t lost any weight yet lately, but i feel i look slimmer than i have lately ok i guess technically i’ve lost 3lbs from my proper start date, but i’m still to get down into the 150s. Hopefully tomorrow i’ll weigh less, i’m gonna try and get more sleep than last night and i’ve eaten a lot less than yesterday. So far i’ve have 3 binge free days. My face looks  a fair bit smaller and so does my chest area. Tomorrow i’m gonna take all my measurements to see if they change if my weight doesn’t. I’d rather lose fat weight slowly than water weight quickly.

I was too tired and ached too much to do the cross trainer today, and i feel so guilty for that. I’m going spend my evening doing some strength training but i don’t know how many calories are burned doing it :/
