My total intake was 612kls

which was more than i’m used to

which made me feel bad

as my dinner was a pre-packaged salad

the veggies i was ok with but it had pasta and chicken and bacon and this mayo dressing

and i sort of cracked

i purged it, well as much of it as i could

it was 325kls

i have no idea how much of it went but i feel better for it

so my intake is probably 150-200kls lower now

urgh

Intake 10/05/12

Oats with peanutbutter and banana: 190kls

Graze box: 103kls

Couscous: 178kls

Salsa: 30kls

Hummus: 50kls

Red pepper: 20kls

Total: 571kls

So many and i haven’t exercised

might go for a walk in a bit - my whole body aches still :/

(also this salsa is hurting my teeth :/ it’s so spicy! but i need a metabolism  boost!)

Mini binge

I ate some chocolate and some fruit pastilles 

i wanted to weight myself tomorrow D:
